My name is Keri. I’m a North Devon cake maker and the owner of Caking Memories. I have been baking my whole life, and developed a passion for decorating cakes 15 years ago. It started as a hobby, making cakes for friends and family, until one day someone said “you should turn this into a business!”
So that was how Caking Memories started. I make customised celebration cakes in North Devon for all occasions – birthday cakes, wedding cakes, anniversary cakes and all the occasions in between!
As a cake maker, I provide customised celebration cakes for clients and venues throughout the North Devon area, but I also have customers in places like Exeter and North Cornwall, so my cakes can travel further afield!
All my Caking Memories cakes are baked to order from scratch in my custom designed North Devon studio. I use fresh ingredients, and work with my clients to provide a custom made cake incorporating their ideas and needs.
The boring bit… I have Food Hygiene certificates level 2 & 3, a five star hygiene rating, allergen training, and the practical experience of working as a catering industry manager for many years.
I am fully insured and can cater for all food intolerances, allergens, and other special dietary requirements. I hope you enjoy looking at my cakes as much as I enjoy making them!
